If you are using Xero software - the file storage for documents is brilliant. You can open an invoice in here and post it directly whilst its still open on the screen. You can add documents such as HP agreements etc to the actual nominal account on the chart of accounts. We are all about making clients lives easier - they won't even have to search for their HP and lease documents at year end for their accountants - they will all be attached in the correct place. Its
